I’m still trying to get Pacific Smiles to stop sending me reminder messages after I ceased being a customer about two years ago. I don’t know what part of STOP they are failing to understand.
I didn't like the service I got there, I took my daughter there to have her teeth and gums checked. And the assistant dental nurse I did not like just how she came across and how they approached my daughter when sitting in the chair. Never coming back to pacific smiles.

Staff are nice, however the dentists are glorified sales people. Beware the sales pitch, zero actual recommendations for real dental health, these guys are money driven, bloody annoying
I am always happy to receive good dental service, and dental hygiene tips from my dentist at Pacific Smiles Bateau Bay. Every 6 months.
BE WARNED: Any treatment plan or quote from Pacific Smilies is fantasy. Our experience was a root canal treatment plan totalling 733. Actual costs totalled 1449. DON'T BE SUCKED IN. Get alternative quotes before agreeing to treatment.
