Bupa is by far the most amazing aged care. The staff are absolutely beautiful! Everyone is smiling and they all do their best to make sure everyone is cared for and has someone to keep them company. Highly recommend :)

Having my Nan and Pop for the last few months, they are very impressed with the staff. I've been several times and also been impressed. The staff deserve a commendation :)
Staff asulted my grandmother, forcefully shoving her dentures in her mouth and leaving marks on her face, management swept it under the rug! Along with leaving her to sleep in till after 10am most days so she would miss breakfast and wouldn't change her clothes so we would have to do it when we went there. Lost her glasses on numberous occasions that cost 800 to replace each time! Do yourseld a favour and do not use these people to care for beloved family members
