I have been fortunate enough to have discovered dry needle therapy with Brett at Balance Holistic and it has been a godsend. Brett has helped me regain mobility in my shoulder from years of work related neglect and abuse. The process is quite comfortable and Brett clearly explains what he is doing and why to help you relax. For the sportspeople reading this, give it a try, so much easier then getting destroyed with elbows and spiky balls. My 15 year old son swears by it and it has helped him manage his growth issues and training loads. Give it a go your body will thank you for it

A fantastically calm space with nurturing care tailored to the individual. I wish I lived here to go to these beautiful people more often. I experienced the dry needling due to a constant headache from shoulder pain. This was done with the intention of clearing the headache and it worked! It was professional and well received. I have recently received a number of Dry Needling treatments from Brett at Balance Holistic Health. The first time I was nervous, as I have had lower back/hip pain for a number of years. Over the course of the 3 treatments I have received, Brett was able to work through specific areas that triggered release and relief in my body for days after. Following this with stretching has allowed me to increase my mobility. I cannot thank Brett and Balance Holistic Health enough.

The treatment relieved a significant amount of tightness in my piriformis which has allowed me to get through pre-season without any annoying niggles. Brett's knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and accuracy in finding and manipulating tightness in muscles has filled me with confidence in his ability and I'll definitely be returning for another treatment.
