I rang and inquired about a lift kit and spoke with Rodney. I couldn't get a more helpful guy. Was happy to answer any questions i had for him. I rang the day after to go ahead with my purchase and again was very helpful. He had organised my parts to be ready for pickup and at the time of pick up the customer service was great once again. I was then pointed to the dispatch area and again had great customer service. Keep up the good work guys.
I was advised by my mechanic that I needed to replace my rear shock absorbers so I made an appointment to go to West Coast Suspension this morning. After my shock absorbers were inspected I was told that I do not need to change them at this stage and that when the time comes they can be repaired. Professionals and businesses like this that put the customers' interests ahead of their own immediate financial gain are few and far between.
I definitely recommend these guys to anyone if you are looking for a suspension upgrade. From the moment I called Jesse to the end result his service and knowledge was amazing. My 2011 Colorado that got lifted with a new suspension today I was so impressed with. It handled really well with the new shocks! Well done guys 5 stars

Asked them to fit a set of Toyota rear springs to my Toyota that I already had. They advised they normally do not fit other people’s gear! This was after the week before how do I get spare parts for my airbags. Said he would call me back! I’m still waiting. Pleasant enough on the phone but why are they knocking back business?
