I wanted to create a Zen Garden and stumbled upon Pots and More in Bassendean. I went in firstly to browse and found an abundance of choice, to create the vision I had, I was looking for a water feature and statues and pots to add to my garden. Dave & Natasha are knowledgeable and where happy to spend time to show and discuss options with me. Thanks guys. I would highly recommend Pots and more, they have all sorts and gardening treasures.

I bought two water features over the past 18 months- 695 each. the first one worked perfectly but the second one is yet to work as a water feature. The manager or owner was very friendly to start with but later on started using patronising tone with me treated me like I'm a liar stating that he never had a pump fail so we must have done something wrong. He even refused to let me pay for one of his staff to come and sort out the issue. We followed all his latest instructions and the pump is still not pumping enough water for it to flow over the urn. I had 2 different groups coming to set it up and the flow of water is still too weak. I would have thought that the least he could have done is allow me to pay for one of his staff to come and sort it. Anyway, I will never buy anything from this place what you save in cost you gain in grief.

You just can’t beat the range. I’ve been to literally (and I mean literally) every pot and garden place in Perth so that Mom can find just the right thing for her garden and a good 70% of the time we end up back here filling up my 4WD. Everything from a nice indoor area with candle holders, indoor pots, frescoes, etc, to the water feature section out the back. We’ve ordered pots from here only to change our mind and go for something else instead and never had any issues with staff who are always willing to help. It’s a big place, sometimes you have to go find them, that’s just reality - I wouldn’t want them to hover anyway. If a staff member does pass we’ve always been asked if we are okay or need assistance. Both my Mom and I are physically disabled and the lads have always moved pots for us, gotten things down, and loaded up the car - even when Mom is being at her most finicky. For the size and quality of the pots, the prices are darn fair, some amazing deals. If you want a bigger pot that isn’t plastic, 70-100 is average, so expecting anything under 50 isn’t realistic - but they still have pots under 50, often a lot bigger than you’d expect to find! Literally my only small “issue” is with the website as it doesn’t always get updated regularly (us Millennials and our reliance on tech!) but with so much product constantly moving in or out, it would be a dedicated chore to keep up with it, so use the website more as a “potential “ guide of things they sell, rather than an absolute definite. Though I’m fairly sure if you did see something on the site that was no longer in store, it could be ordered or you’d be shown something else very similar. But the best shopping experience really is just going in and taking a good look around.

I visited Pots n More a week or so ago, David and staff were extremely helpful. Great range and prices I would definitely recommend to others, and will return myself when I need to update the garden again. Good advice on plant care also. Thanks guys.

I went there looking for a couple pots but I found majority of the pots are damaged. Either their cracked, paint peeling or they are chipped. The photos on the website also definitely doesn't represent the reality of the actual site. I think the photos were taken at another company lol. The site is a complete muddy mess.

Popped in here for the first time last week. I was in Pot heaven when i found the clearance area. I could spend all day there. Staff were very cheerful and friendly. They also have succulents for sale and the indoor area has some lovely items for sale. Cant wait to pop back.

Just a wander around lots of cactus in big pots. Plenty of kio., but not for sale, display only. The pots are stunning and friendly staff.
