Below average on site forklift service. First they just didn't show up to service our fork lift, then when called they said "we were going to call you....." Wouldn't fix our brakes as it was too hard to find parts, gave them a parts manual from the forklift supplier and they said "don't know if this will help" Couldn't change our coolant which was the main reason we called!
Great service hire ! The staff are so friendly and they really take care of their customers.
Very clean and experienced technician, and service department is very helpful. Thanks again guys Harry T
