The brunette hag with glasses at the front counter seriously needs a punch in the face... or maybe a good root. Been collecting parcels here for the last 2 years and never ceases to amaze me how vulgar, sarcastic and rude she is whenever I collect them. If you hate your job and life that much honey here’s some advice.... find a new job or career because customer service is clearly not your strong point!! Judging by previous reviews I’m definitely not the only one who feels this way. Disappointing when all the other customer service officers there are always so nice.

I just was at your bassedean delivery centre. The lady who is working the counter today 29/6/20 @ 11:30 needs to learn how to talk with customers. She is rude, abrupt and down right ridiculous when she speaks to people. If she doesn't want to work in customer service and be nice maybe she shouldn't be working their then. There is so many people who need a job right and now, and not have to deal with her moody attitude towards people. Just saying you should talk to her and teach her some manners and empathy. It doesn't look good on your company.

Why are the staff here always unpleasant? My fiancee was made to feel like a criminal, the lady suggesting that despite the fact she had my driver's licence and the pick up receipt, she could have stolen them. My 6th visit now and the staff always grumpy and suspicious. Closes 5pm and not open weekends. Do they have to make it so hard?
It's great.24-7 parcel collect.No lining up and covieniant for collection after work.
It awesome, Easy to use and could not be easier. Makes you jump when a locker door swings open :)
