I had a business card holder engraved here and the gentleman did an amazing job. Very patient with me while I chose the perfect font and the engraving turned out incredible. Will definitely come back here again!

Called up today around 2pm to ask if they do laser etching for tungsten rings (I need it for the inside of a ring). The person replied with “well how do you expect the laser to get on the inside of the ring?”, in a very rude tone and manner. YOU are supposed to be the PROFESSIONALS, if a customer rings with an enquiry, it is your duty to inform them of what can/can’t be done — without speaking down to them. This is my first and definitely last experience with this place.
