Clean , friendly, and welcoming gym. The wellness program/app is very helpful and mostly self explanatory. You can make up your own program or use a recommed program designed for you. Any questions or enquiries can easily be answered by the pts or other staff members or recommended to the appropriate services. Towels and lockers are included with membership which definitely helps with those of us who often forget our towels and ease the weekly washing also. The gym classes times are a little odd but seam to suit my work schedule. Move, yoga, boxing are just a few of the options which definitely helps mix up your regular routine. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a quiet gym with excellent facilities and amazing hydro area.

worst gym they don't even deserve one star. there contracts are misleading and eventually i was out of pocket by a lot of money . they refused to give me my money back, only managed to get 50 percent, even with all medical documentation. the owner refused to talk to me on the phone and most contact was done via email. prior to emails the manager had verbally said i could have a full refund however the email she sent me told a different story. there are far more honest and genuine gyms to join out there, i hope no one has to go though what i went though with this gym.

Club changed terms of contract without notification. Owners are passive aggressive and won’t deal with clients concerns directly and treat clients poorly, don’t seem interested in running the business. Have a high staff dissatisfaction rate and turn over. Facilities are dirty and and becoming run down. Not worth the money.
