Absolutely fantastic resort. Craig & staff go above & beyond to make sure that your pets get 100% treatment and are happy at all times. An extra big shout out to Katrina for the amazing work she puts in & her love for each animal is heartwarming & sincere. Makes leaving your pet a "no worries" concern at the Murray Valley (Port Douglas) resort.

First time we had our little man in a kennel. I was apprehensive but as soon as we drove through those gates and met Craig I felt 100% at ease leaving Hot for the week. The grounds are so so clean, air-conditioned so well and Craig scooped our little guy up and made sure he was going to feel comfortable and make friends! We spent a bit extra to get Hot on a Doggy Day Out and it was money well spent, we got a video of his adventures and you could tell Hot was having a blast! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I will and already have recommended you to so many people! We will be back for sure! D
to Katrina and Craig, thank you both, for your professionalism, friendliness, and the way you both, accepted, Ellie, our rescue girl, (17months) had her since 4 months it was the first time, since Richard and i have left her, and could not have asked for the one on one care that you gave her, Ellie came home, one very happy girl made lots of friends and very tired, the resort, is so clean, the entrance, and gardens are a credit to you, and will be definitely be using you again and recommend the resort to our family, and friends
The first time leaving my cat and they made me feel so comfortable. The place was spotlessly clean and Tiger is home now as if he never left. Thank you so much Katrina and partner.
