Many good picnic or BBQ options with water, toilet facilities and parking. A good setting off point to explore Mount Coot-tha walking and MTB trails. Trails are reasonably well sign posted, maps available from Summit lookout and Botanical Gardens visitor information centre.

Fantastic spot for lunch or for a walk, just wished people who want to bring their dogs clean up after them, shouldn't have to nearly fall in about half a dozen that have had no effort to be removed

An amazing location. Perfect for a bushwalk or BBQ.
We love this place and often come there with our kids. If you do not like bushwalking you can go explore a creek there or play a ball. A few BBQs, tables, shelters and a public toilet. Can be a problem to find a parking spot but most of the time it is ok. If you want to walk to the falls make sure you come after some rain.
