I manage a building with over 2000 tenants. The security system was in urgent need of an upgrade. I engaged H3C Plus to undertake the upgrade and the entire process was managed and delivered very professionally and with minimal disruption to tenants. Their ongoing remote managed service is very convenient and provides user management and system health checks without the need for me to intervene. I simply send through the request and they action it. Very happy with the outcome. Great work H3C Plus
Highly Recommended. We hired H3C to upgrade our Base Building with new S2 System. We were recommended to use H3C because not many people in Australia can work on S2 Systems. I have to say we were Impressed. They showed up on time everyday, very professional and completed the upgrade before the due date. Will totally use them again for our security needs.
H3C PLUS are a wonderful company to deal with, the project manager that was assigned to our upgrade project was methodical and professional. His documentation was of the highest standard we have ever seen. Nick and Jon are very active in the business and it is a pleasure working with them. We have engaged them for PPMs and service works on our other sites also.
Our experience with H3C Plus was great. The Project Manager that was dedicated to the project was very professional and worked closely with us from project inception to PC. We are using H3C across our other satelite sites now interstate. Deffinetly reccomend.
27/03 - UPDATE: I have since had the account manager rectify these issues and have now been fixed therefore, I have decided to update my feedback and increase my rating by two stars. Sadly, I wish we had this service from the beginning. *** I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We asked H3C Plus install and update the security system in our 12 story building and have never encountered so many problems since the installation in May 2019. Not ot mention the lack of correspondence from their coordinator. Today, I have been advised by a locksmith that the wiring is shotty on one of our back doors and one access panel was installed too close to the lock. Pretty basic stuff causing huge problems.
Such a quick and responsive service department that resolve our security issues promptly. Highly recomended for any company
