Was serviced by an employee with poor communication skills. They wanted to charge 50 to teach me how to use contacts and refused to sell contacts without paying this ridiculous amount even though I’ve used contacts before. Went to spec savers where this is a free service as it should be. Also they send spam messages with other patients names to your phone, the OPTOUT function obviously doesn’t work. The number attached to it isn’t switched on. Would not recommend.

Dr Susan is a very experienced optometrist. Both her and the staff are very friendly and provide valuable advice on eye health. Highly recommend their services and wide selection of glasses.
Came there 3 times to have eyes checked up and very happy with the staffs and service here
The team at the eyestore are so lovely and accomodating. Ask them anything and they'll not only be patient enough to thoroughly explain it to you but also offer you options and explain those too. Then they're happy to help you choose what's best for you with no pressure or rush. Couldn't be happier about my experience here and I'll definitely be coming back.
Susan and her team provide a fantastic service with reasonable prices. They have the most up to date equipment to ensure your eye’s health is always up to date. They don’t upsell you things you don’t need. I have been coming here for years despite moving away from the area. Would highly recommend

First visit was great but Julie left! Went in today it was shocking! I was initially booked in with Susan no one called to tell me she wasn't in, the male I got was very rude no communication skills, no smile I just walked out when I asked for my Medicare voucher which I signed prior to my consultation which is wrong it should be signed after a consultation, the voucher was placed roughly on the counter for me to pick up and the female was unsympathetic NEVER AGAIN!!!! I will be telling my friends and colleagues & my Gp and my boss who is a doctor also. Terrible experience!!! I found out my medicare was billed for a service not provided and I was told that they usually do this I will be lodging a complaint to medicare.
