Update: I was contacted by the admin team and they advised that I did not lose my physio session and Medicare would not be billed for the cancelled session. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Although the physiotherapists are efficient and friendly, I had the worst experience with their admin staff. They cancelled by session and BILLED Medicare for it as I did not reply to their reminder txt message to confirm if I'd be coming or not. I did not see the txt message when they sent it but, honestly, found it later. It is not logic to cancel bookings and cost Medicare (and so taxpayers) money if patients do not reply to reminder txt messages. Patients can be sick or old, or they may lose their phones. I was sick and was sleeping all time during the weekend when they sent the reminder message. That is why I did not see it or reply on time. They should consider the session cancelled and do not bill Medicare. I lost that session and will have to visit my GP again to get a new referral for physio. That will cost Medicare (and so taxpayers) more. That should be investigated by the government.

I fractured my finger and was sent here. Rash was assigned to me and she was my physio for my fracture over a few months. Professional and personable, she made sure that my finger healed correctly and was honest about the scope of which it will heal. She also made sure the appointments between the plastic surgeon and her lined up so I didn’t have to come back in twice in a day. Rash and the girls were so lovely. Thank you so much Rash!

They invoiced me for sessions that I didn't even attend. I told them I didn't even attend this day and they said they would look into but they didn't get back to me even after numerous times I contacted them.
