Had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kim who I had a very pleasant experience with. Reception staff also very helpful and understanding when I had to delay my surgery due to other health conditions. Would highly recommend - very understanding, accomodating and friendly.

A heartfelt thanks to the warm and thorough staff and Dr.’s at B’town Oral Surg. Firstly, immaculate rooms and gleaming state-of-the-art surgical suites are what one likes to see regarding anything medical. Which isn’t always the case. Also, the inherent expertise I felt coming from Dr. James during consultation quelled a lot of my anxiety due to an impacted wisdom tooth that I’d foolishly left without treatment for many years. Due to his skill as a surgeon he managed to remove it whole and minimise the damage. To the point where I only needed pain meds twice on the 1st day, and didn’t even bother with them in the evening. Plus minimal swelling and discomfort. Lastly, and importantly, I felt I was charged an incredibly reasonable rate, and was expecting to shell out much more. I’ll have no qualms in recommending the Surgery’s excellent all-around service to my own clients and friends/family. Such relief! Again, many thanks.

Person I spoke to on the phone was a little bit rude and unhelpful. Was referred to them as an emergency by miracle dental due to anaesthetic not working whilst halfway through a procedure.
