Customer service was good but nothing compared to credit unions. The bank's process for security is a bit questionable and needs more digitisation to be secure. Certainly doesn't feel like a big bank in processes point of view which you'd think is a good thing but not when it comes to security processes.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy going and great vibe. Highly competitive rates.
