When a customer orders a school dress in January and they are still waiting for it in July...the business hasn’t just made a mistake, they have shown they shouldn’t have the job! After 13 weeks, a dress that looked like a kindergartener made it arrived, then it’s replacement weeks later was missing a button and made at a bigger size (which this business told me was standard room for error) but they then offered free alterations to have it made to the exact size, only to pick it up today with the button still missing and alterations still not done. This business had no problem taking the money for a dress that they still haven’t made 6 months later. How is that right?
Supporting local business is what it’s all about. Great family run business. Friendly and helpful staff. Now open on a Sunday which is a huge bonus.
