A potential client, who is dissatisfied from the owner's unprofessional service. I wanted to book this service for my baby's 1st birthday. Spoke to him about a particular design from his website & asked about backdrops. He said he'll text me the photos of other similar designs. Didn't receive any photos from him even after a reminder. I had to send a reminder even to get a quote for the design from his website. I have called him several times to discuss, he would speak for less than 2 mins, not enough time to get any information. He would always act busy & rushed. I wasn't even sure if he was going to turn up at the event, nor what was the plan. When asked if he was interested, he called me rude. Never seen such an unprofessional service before. With only one week left, I have to find another decorator. I won't recommend this service at all. Big thumbs down
