They say they’ll get you there not if you are in a wheelchair and have booked days in advance because tht maxi cab drivers are self employed and may have private jobs they don’t tell you this when they are happy to take your NDIS account they totally messed up my Christmas celebrations by not turning up and leaving me stranded in my wheelchair mY daughter hadbokked the taxi 3days in advance just disgraceful service

I ordered a taxi in Alfredton and after it hadn't arrived by one hour - I called back to be told they don't cover that area and it was cancelled. A phone call would have been nice. Anyway, the drivers have been very pleasant and accommodating.
