Outstanding experience when having my S3 both serviced and taken in for minor fixes before my warranty expired. The best service I have ever received when having a car looked after! I do hope Audi Centre Ballarat service other vehicles other than Audi as I have already recommended both family and colleagues take their cars to Audi Centre Ballarat for the best customer service ever, so very well done both Todd and Nick!!
Dealing with Joe was the best experience i have had when purchasing a car, he is genuine and easy to work with. Attention to detail and personable. Couldn't recommend him high enough. Great job and thanks
Over priced
Very poor service We tried to get the heater replacement completed today and when we booked it in we were told to drop it off at 8.30am and it would be ready by 11.30am. When we dropped it off today to be told it would be ready at 12.30pm. When we arrived at 12.30 it hadn’t even been started. We were told if we waited it would be ready at 3. If it is a 3 hour job how would they have if finished by 3? We had organised a day off but because we were told it would be ready at 12.30 we confirmed further appointments for the afternoon. With no apologies or ideas how to fix the situation we had to drive away and have wasted 4 hours plus the replacement still needs to be done
