Abysmal communication. We contact EDS for service of documents and were advised they would start and serve within 48hrs. Weeks later, we cannot contact anyone by phone, leave messages, send emails, all without response. Do not engage EDS if you expect any form on communication at all.

Had a wonderful experience. I was met and documents were picked up - my ex was being very difficult and multiple attempts were made but they kept going and eventually got him. very fairly priced for the amount of work that was done. I would definitely use again and recommend to others. Only bad part was it took them at one point 2 days to return my call when I had some new info but he did explained he had spent a few days in hospital with his daughter so I understand. Other than that, was kept updated and got everything back quickly. Thank you for your help.

Terrible. Avoid like the plague. Communication was abysmal. I couldn't get an answer as to whether the documents had been served or not and eventually resorted to asking my ex if he had received them. Matt lied about having arranged a time to serve the documents, and only contacted my ex when I asked for a refund and threatened to make a formal complaint about his service (or lack of). I had to ask several times for a receipt and I still have not received the original documents via post, despite Matt insisting that they were posted weeks ago. A stressful situation was made much more stressful than it needed to me. I regret not reading the other reviews before engaging Elite Document Services, because it seems that what happened to me isn't unusual. I'll be making a complaint to the Ombudsman. This business should not be allowed to exist. I gave one star because the option of no stars isn't allowed.
