We at Mt Barker Country Bakery have had these pos systems for 13yrs & we always get excellent service, nothing is a problem, they just jump on remotely on the tills and fix any problem. we have 3 pos terminals and really love the system !!!
MCR supplied the Point of Sale system for our cafe and back office links coming up to 4 years ago. During installation we relied heavily on the advice of Norbert Plaskota. The service we received at the time, and ever since on the few occasions we've had an issue, has been outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend MCR to others.
I have found Norbert to be very helpful, with assisting me in the set up of our POS system. We were broken into on 2 occasions with damage and stolen till draws and MCR where quick to respond to get back us up and working again
