I went in just to get a key connected to my car, from the start the staff were so friendly. I was also having issues accessing maps in my car so they offered to look into that as well. Overall, the service was superb, I was dropped into town and on returning to collect my car they had washed it, shaken out the mats, had sorted out the problem with the maps and (had connected the key). One of the staff members who I’d mostly spoken to also showed me a helpful tip which I wouldn’t have known otherwise! I highly recommend the Big Garage.

The service on my VW Golf Wagon was done to my satisfaction, also the recall was completed. I received the car back very clean and looking like new. The staff were courteous and helpful.
We privately sold our trusty Toyota Landcruiser and called into The Big Garage, Bairnsdale to price a new Nissan Patrol Ti-L only to be told by the salesperson that the new Patrol that was outside had been sold and that he could not open it up for us to view. I found this sales person abrupt and unaccommodating and not even offering a brochure so hence we departed immediately. To be fair to the salesman, he approached us as we were driving off and I believe either he realised what he had done wrong or his superiors sent him back out, not the way I expect to be treated when considering making a large purchase. A phone call to Sale City Nissan, spoke to the salesman there and a short time later he gave us a good price for a new Patrol and was a pleasure to speak to. Thumbs down to “The Big Garage” I hope you can improve on this.
