Great customer service! A big shout-out to Marlene who helped us out as we were picking our bed frames. She worked out an amazing deal for us and helped us every step of the way. She gave us all the details about delivery and cost and was even able to survive my dad who gave her a bit of a hard time. Thank you so much Marlene! Can't wait for the beds to arrive.

Amazing service!!! My wife and I actually slept on a bed to test it out! Superb service and patience, no pushing "you must buy today" just good old fashioned service. Huge range and they have a SUPER KING to try (which us what we bought along with another 2 queen ensembles). Well.wirth the time and Snooze!! ZzzzZZzz
Sensational customer service from Rocky from day one. Rocky was very patient and very informative of the products he is selling. He doesn't try to sell you expensive products but a product that you will feel comfortable buying. Very rare to receive such customer service nowadays. We received a damaged bed frame when we opened the packaging, contacted Rocky, and without any questioning or hesitations, he reassured us that he will arrange for a replacement ASAP. Huge shout out to Tim P. from the warehouse for such outstanding customer service in organizing the replacement parts to be sent out to us urgently before the Christmas breaks. The delivery contractor that delivered the replacement part was very helpful in ensuring we have everything (parts, nuts, and bolts) before he leaves. Normally delivery guys are in such a hurry to leave after delivering your products, but not this contractor! He asked us a few times if we are okay and got everything before leaving. Very Rare nowadays. Overall turn around time from ordering to receiving the damaged bed frame took 2 months, especially during this COVID19 period. The overall service from Snooze Auburn is second to none. Highly recommend going to Rocky and his team for your next bedding needs! Don't need to go anywhere else! We will definitely be coming back and recommend it to everyone we know that has any bedding needs.

I purchased a mattress from Rocky at Auburn Snooze today after being recommended by 2 family members who also bought mattresses from him. Was a fantastic experience, he is very knowledgeable and approached us the moment we walked in. He helped find the right mattress for me and explained the differences between mattresses which was really helpful in making a decision. Amazing service from start to end, highly recommend!
