I needed to purchase a new pair of workboots that would best suit a new job I've just started. The range of products available in the Auburn Store was wide and varied and the selection was made easier after letting the young sales lady know what type of environment I was working in. The young lady was very helpful and supportive and brought to me the style and sizing requested in a timely and pleasant manner. I left the store with a great pair of boots, and an additional pair of blue work shorts, as a very satisfied customer. Access and parking to the store is terrific too.

I went back to return a faulty product. It took me an hour to go there and back only to be told by the store manager (who was only doing his job) that they can't swap until they ring their supplier first (Company Policy). This means that I have to wait and then go back spending another hour of my time plus fuel, tolls etc for a simple faulty product swap. I think this policy is absolute non-sense. The item should have been exchanged (given I had the receipt). I have been in retail business for over 10 years and I have never encountered such biased and unreasonable policy. Quite frankly, there are consumer laws that prevent such unreasonable policies imposed by retailers or organisations. I'll be lodging a formal complaint with the department of Fair Trading.

Always understaffed. And today the girl checked the system and told me "yes we have 1 more, i have to check it at the back" then helped another customer, then checked the aisle (which i already checked) then told me that they don't have anymore. She too lazy to check at the back. She's on her own in this big shop. Don't waste your time here.

Great selection of workwear at reasonable prices. All the good brands too. This store at Auburn is the flagship store so huge range. Staff are friendly a d helpful and place is clean. If you're looking for good quality workwear definitely need to visit RSEA Safety at Auburn. Highly recommended.
