I had very bad experience here, please train your staff the right way. I bought a mirror and Maha served me, she said that I need to come back in 4 weeks to pick, which I agreed, after receiving a massage that it arrived, I went to the Store and the one of the staff told me that it’s easier for me to drive to the loading dock, so I don’t need to carry a heavy box, he was nice. After going to the loading dock, the guy who works there said that I came to the wrong place I have to go to another warehouse to pick it up, and the customer service should’ve advised me, which I had no idea, she wouldn’t even smile, so I had to drive another 40mins, the traffic was crazy, I drove over 1 and half hours of driving, I wasted time petrol. I was very upset, so please don’t think customers can run around like you would not care, we have other commitments. Would not recommend this store.

Ordered sofas in December 2020. I knew there was a delay but was assured it will come early March. I called for ETA and they can't provide me a definite ETA but say mid-April. I asked if I can cancel and they said no... needs to be delayed up to 6 weeks. I asked if they can confirm if it will come before this period and they advised no as they dont have a final ETA. So basically, need to wait 6 weeks for it to be delayed, before I can cancel when we both know the shipment wont arrive in this time frame.

Very happy with their customer service, attention and patience. Sue was very nice and checked all the details and spend so much time with me to help me get what i needed. There was a gentleman in his mid 60’s maybe , today who helped me with the purchase who I don’t recall his name . Thanks heaps

Please dont buy furniture from OZ design. I bought bunting live edge dinning table from OZ design. After a month i realized that the both sides of the dinning table has slight damages. When i raised this issue, they are saying its live edge, so you can expect this. Live edge doesn't mean damaged/sharp edge. Horrible service. Stay away from them.

Bought a beautiful dining table and matching side table from here. A lovely lady named Sue spent a lot of time with me in the store helping me look at different options etc. and then continued the great customer service right up until the delivery date (I made changes to my order before delivery and she was able to fix everything up for me without any issues)

I want to make an appeal. This place has the worst customer service. This is not at all according to the Australian Standards. Employees like Prashant makes your experience of buying furniture horrible. We customers invest a lot of time, effort and our hard earned money to buy furnitures that we are going to use for our life, and this level of customer service makes us sick, and depressed about thinking of buying anything. Prashant you need to learn some etiquettes and professionalism about how to talk to customers. And OZ design furniture management team need to look into this, and escalate this. Prashant you don't have any right to get personal and talk about personal life of customers and talk to customers in such a rude and mannerless way. Felt so horrible, will never ever buy from this place.

Owner and his son were super nice and helpful, I purchased this awesome coffee table from floor stock but there was another boxed up. He allowed me to look at the boxed one (as it was a natural wood top and I was after the best looking grain). The owner was really helpful with getting it to my car and after it didn't fit offered tools to seperate the top from the frame so I could get it in my car and transport it home. Such a great experience from really helpful and friendly people. Thanks so much!
