I have the EZ fold pro 3 pushcart. The cart itself is great. The problems will arise should you encounter an issue, as I recently did. The umbrella holder broke (within a year of purchasing) and they refused to replace it even though it was under warranty. They offered to send me another one, provided I paid a shipping fee. As it is under warranty I asked why I had to pay anything and was told "how would they know I wasn't lying and that as far as they knew strong wind could have torn the screw." They accept no responsibility for their product once you receive it and will go to great lengths to argue with you as to why they are not responsible for any defects. You will be shocked at the lack of customer service from this from this company should you ever encountered a problem.

Bought a universal phone mount for my mobile phone from these people. It didn't hold my iphone. It was faulty. They told me to send it back at my cost. I did. They then told me that it worked fine, and I would have to pay for the same unit to be posted back. I declined. The man on the phone was very rude. Cost me the 29.52 purchase price and the postage back to them. Beware.

One of the worst experience I have ever had The buggy was faulty. No one at the golf club could open it up. The seller was unhelpful and referred me to u tube. When I returned the Buggy they deducted 30 plus sales tax. When I queried the extra charges they refused to answer and still retained the refund I wouldn't recommend this store ever to anyone Pity that the store has very poor skills at selling and marketing. 2 of my friends are looking for buggies. Loss of business and making a customer unhappy is not a good marketing strategy

I went to buy a buggie that I saw online, when I got there I asked if I can have a look at the buggies and the seat and she was so rude and said you can't see cause it's packed and we don't let people see them ok then she started talking in another language to another person who worked there, then I said what if it's faulty and she replied, oh well we don't know if they are cause they are packed really? So rude they were would not recommend them waste of time going there if u can't see what you are buying and bad luck if it is faulty.
