along with everyone elsei must say this company is a scam. They financed a car to me and when we arrived it was orange and a cheaper model. We needed the car for work so we had to accept it..One day we had an accident no fault of ours but we then doscovered the car we were driving was already a write off in Queensland. VERY DISHONEST..

Commencing legal action on behalf of yet another client who has been left out of pocket thousands of dollars after what can only be described as a bloody nightmare! Be warned these guys are just horrible! STAY AWAY! Recovery of funds and legal action takes time but not all is lost! We will recover!!
If I could give no stars I would. Everything was fine whilst I had a vehicle with them and made perfect repayments for almost 3 years, but as soon as I needed to hand the vehicle back in and end my contract due to financial difficulties as a result of Covid-19, they changed their tone and have been extremely unhelpful in assisting me to finalise my account and have threatened to list a default against me. I have just put in a complaint with the financial ombudsman.
Friend has been totally exploited by this company. Unethical and immoral organisation the preys upon those in a difficult financial position. DO NOT ENGAGE THEIR SERVICES.
Very bad business ethics.Make sure you are clear on your offer! Don't do business with this people! Promises a newer car model but when we are about to pick up the car it is an older model! We are not stupid!
Why isn't there a negative 5 star? That would have made it fair. They took personal information which is fine! Didnt even go through it within a few minutes after speaking to a customer representative who was full of s..t I get a text not even an email! Thanks for putting another enquiry on my credit file! There a scam stay away! They dont deliver what they advertise and i have been un finance long enough to know that!

This is one of the most unorganised companies I have dealt with. I applied said everything look good and that I will hear the outcome in 24-48 hours, still waiting since last week. I will be making a formal complaint to the Department Of Fair Trading regarding the way they treat their customers. Stay clear from this company. Dont think I will be doing any form of business with such a disorganised company. Beware!!!!!!
