My friends and I had the pleasure of dealing with Harcourts for our 3rd rental. And they by far exceeded expectations of what we had previously dealt with other agencies. They were prompt and professional with any request they sent to us and handled the pandemic issues with ease. If accounts had been overpaid they were straight onto it and would notify us and send the funds straight back, unlike previous agencies. Harcourts worked around our schedule to arrange inspections or maintenance repairs, if work needed to be carried out. And they would always assist and accommodate where they could with lease extensions (due to our build being delayed during this pandemic) If we weren't moving into our own home, we definitely would stay renting with Harcourts. BEST TEAM IN THE REAL ESTATE WORLD :)
