Unprofessional and woman on reception was rude. Not a good advertisement for image blinds. Told 6 weeks took 13 then the wrong shutter came. Took another 2 weeks to come back receptionist blamed covid and the docks. Thought they were all Australian made. She the rudest woman I have spoken too. Have spent lot of money at image. Never again they lost me. Need more people skills.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy. My partner and I both took time off work for a measure and quote that we booked at 11:30-12:30 and chased Image Blinds three times in an hour only to be told they would be there 12:30, then 12:45 when they were ‘5 minutes away’. We decided not to waste any more time and left after 20 minutes more of waiting. Throughout this time I was not offered any prior warning that they would be late or explanation by the company. A bit after 1pm I was called three times that they had finally arrived, who provided excuses and wanted to rebook. This is disgusting and absolutely unprofessional, and will not ever approach Image Blinds again nor recommend them to anyone.

Mixed feedback - initial contact and quote process ok and once order was placed was told it would be "about 5 weeks" for manufacture and installation. I phoned after 5 weeks for an update and installation was booked although they were still waiting on parts. Contractor and support were good although after the job noticed 4 nuts missing off bolts which was part of the main structural parts of the pivot arm blinds - so fairly critical. There has been no follow up from Image Blinds to check on satisfactions - which given its the 21st century, would have thought this would be standard practice. Lastly have a read of their standard contract as it is woeful, full of errors, makes reference to certain points on the contract that have nothing there. Plenty of room for improvement. Product is good and works well.

Quality products and Excellent cpy to deal with. First dealings with Image (extendable automated awnings) was seamless. The second property we had vertical external shades put in. We had Had a number of issues but it was dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Refreshing to see a local cpy that owns the problem and deals with it professionally. Would highly recommend Image Blinds, Excellent cpy to deal with.

IMAGE BLINDS DON'T stand by their Warranties IMAGE BLINDS DON'T meet their Contractual Obligations A small plastic piece fell out of the Track for my Vertical Blinds, Supplied by IMAGE BLINDS less than 3 years ago & within the Warranty They would only send a service person at a Charge to Me of 120 REMEMBERING THAT ITS STILL UNDER WARRANTY It doesn't matter that its 2 months to go before Warranty expires, as far as I'm concerned, WARRANTY IS WARRANTY. Clearly they don't want any further business from me (Big Mistake) Multiple Property Owner......... KARMA Do your work Have since made contact with Franklyn Blinds, ordered another Blind And they will happily fix my vertical for FREE supplied by IMAGE (WHO)

Phoned up Friday 27/3 to arrange a measure and quote and was told Tues 31/3 between 12.30 and 2pm. Phone them at 1.50 just to check if they were still coming and got told that there wasn’t a booking for me today. When I asked why the receptionist looked at the calendar and they had booked me for Tuesday 24/3. How on earth can you back date an appointment. Needless to say I told them not to bother booking another one. Most unprofessional company I have every dealt with. I would not even bother with them again and if anyone asked me I would tell them not to bother either. I expected an apology phone call but nothing. Absolutely disgusted
