My Mazda needed to go in for a recall, so I wasn't paying anything. The customer service was top notch. I was offered beverages on drop off and pick up. Plus my car was washed as part of their customer service. Completely blown away by the personal care given to both myself and my car. Highly recommend Grand Prix Mazda Aspley!

Received my new CX5 today and very happy with the car- it looks and runs like a dream. The service by Tony and his team have been amazing from start to finish. They really went out of their way to make the transition from old car to new car seamlessly. I would highly recommend Grand Prix Mazda Aspley as they defiantly go the extra mile in looking after you.

Picked up a new CX-8 from Grand Prix and right from the start the service was amazing. We were warmly greeted and the door and offered beverages. Staff were friendly and eager to chat about what we were getting. After a short wait, we were shown through to the service area to book our first car service. We had a great array of choices for getting the car serviced including weekend and various transport options. Finally we were shown to our car, which was unveiled to us and we were handed the keys. Staff were very helpful in showing all the features of the vehicle and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Very thorough and excellent experience.
From start to finish, every single person who dealt with me and helped me out was absolutely amazing. All the staff were lovely and happy to help me. The Mazda BT50 XT is sensational and I am a very happy customer
Great and helpful service from Isaac Davis (I think? Lovely young fellow) who was exceptional in his inclusion and conversation with my intellectually handicapped clients of my company while considering a replacement vehicle. He was patient and accommodating and attentive to my vehicular needs when trying to help me consider what would be best. Ive seen Isaac 3 times now (2 test drives and an inspection/info session) each time was easily one of my favourite salesperson interactions in my life!
