Went to get some Shimano rod and reel packages and Luke was super helpful and you could tell he had a real passion for fishing, gave us some top information and I even caught a fish in the Nerang river the same afternoon with the lures he suggested! Cheers Luke.

This is probably one of my favourite places to shop and it was made this way by the amazing customer service they always give. . My first experience there I was given information before embarking on a new hobby that both stopped my buying unnecessary items and pointed me towards items I would not have known I really needed until I was alone in the wilderness. This I thought was exceptional and I actually feel bad I did not forward the reps name to management . . Since then I find every time I go in the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the different items and hobbies the store is involved in. Staff are clearly given continuing training and support which shows and as a customer is appreciated. . Love this store Thankyou
