I have been a full member for the past three years. It is an excellent facility with great customer service. I have been attending the well being classes such as plates, yoga and tai chi. I cannot speak highly enough of the instructors.

One of the best sports and leisure centre in Victoria. The administration is well managed and the facility follow covid guidelines. The equipments are kept clean and the pool is very well maintained

Decent well looked after facilities. Just seem as if the place is getting too crowded. Centre is overbooking lanes and making only 2 lanes available to the public at 8pm in the evening which is ridiculous. Lane information on webpage is also incorrect at times. Website published as 7 swim lanes available however only 3 available when I went.

Rude staff. Place is going downhill. Change of management needed. You shouldn't be asking long time members to pay for paper masks upon entry when they leave theirs at home - atleast help out and offer a mask for free. Time for a membership somewhere else.

Swimming lessons terrible, I still cant swim even after a billion lessons, the staff just keep doing unnecessary things that I will never need to learn, I was very scared and they didn't help me with my confidence about swimming. And when changing in the womens room the people in there a so loud! maybe add some signs for people to be more quiet?

Excellent facilities; always clean; wide variety of programs and payment options. Front desk nearly always busy, so allow for a wait when checking in.
