John from The Marble Man did an amazing job of restoring our Kitchen and Bathroom stone bench tops. He also repaired chips in our blue stone floor tiles and kid you not I can’t even see where they were! just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the work completed on our home last week. Both Luke and Tim were helpful and professional and of course the end result depends on the workmen on the job. As you know Ray and Elijah were there from Tuesday through to Friday. They were a lovely team to have in our home and we were delighted with their professionalism and especially the way they worked diligently on the difficult patches to get the absolute best result possible. They checked with us each morning to see if there were any patches we were concerned about and discussed the options available. Their dedication to their work is a credit to both of them and a real asset to your business, as I am sure you already know. You would appreciate how disruptive the whole process can be to the household and Ray and Elijah were so accommodating on the plan to get the job done with the least disruption to us as possible. They updated us daily on which rooms would be done that day and in which order and continued to keep us updated on the process throughout the whole job. Very professional and thorough. Very good, clean and neat, nothing to worry about. Tech was very friendly, explained what had happened, how it would be repaired, finished the work with no mess and would be highly recommended. What can I say but WOW! These guys are the best in the business. I’ve had other cheaper contractors grind and polish our marble floor twice in the past who left mess & fine dust throughout our home.
