We have just had our Kitchen Bench and Laundry Supplied and Installed by Majestic Marble & Granite and I could not recommend them enough! Wonderful to deal with and extremely happy with the beautiful outcome!
I had my kitchen bench top done by majestic marble and granite. At the time of measure and quote Dean suggested that I should do the splash back in granite which worked out to be less expensive than tiles and tiler. I decided to go with Deans suggestions and was totally amazed at how great it looked when job was completed.I am totally impressed by the service and workmanship provided. Thanks to Dean, Nick and staff for a job well done.
Today I had my installation and Everything has just been an over all terrible experience. They came out to measure up and said they would have the quote to me within the day and then I had to chase them for 4 days. Then they came to measure up and this was fine, however day before installation was called to say the workmen had forgot to cut my bench top so they had to start later. Luckily, my husband was home for the day. I was also under the impression they would be placing my stove top and sink back after I had to remove it myself. Then the colour was wrong as I had seen a small amount of it and it looked Luna white, however now I am stuck with a cream bench. Certainly not what I wanted when I explained I wanted it white. I also don't expect the issue to be fixed or refunded as it's been paid in full. For me it came down to price not service as it wasnt the best experience.
The team at Majestic made my ideas come to life. Nik had all the answers and advised on what was best for what i had in mind. I have already recommended them to 3 friends looking for benchtops. 5 Star work!
Very substandard workmanship, the silicon joints, the stone join width and the underside looks like a dogs breakfast, the side face was ground on an angle to leave a knife sharp on the bottom edge and has left me with I have a large cut to the hand, plus the large scratch to new stove top.
After meeting with Majestic it was an easy choice to use them for my kitchen benchtops. Dean and Nik both are very knowledgeable and have such experience that the job happened without a problem. All round great company, Thanks Guys.
Had a marble benchtop fitted and could not be more happy. Nik and dean are so helpful in all aspects of the process. The work was to the highest quality. I would recommend to anyone looking for a benchtop to use Majestic!
