I booked a 3 generation family portrait on the day I was a bit apprehensive & concerned it would look stage and not look like… us. You get to review your photos shortly after the shoot, which is a massive time saver! During the presentation you tailor your photos specifically to your taste without the horrible sales pressure & sense of urgency that you would normally receive. The images are crystal clear but not in a way that highlights your flaws. I found the staff to be accommodating, friendly & professional - I would 100% recommend artist photographer.

Artist Photographer are seriously good at what they do! We have used them 3 seperate times and have been thrilled with the results each time. My 5-year old little boy is asking when he can go back...'I liked the real dinosaur (in the waiting area), Mark (photographer) and all the cameras!'
Such a brilliant service with some of the most professional staff in the photography industry! We were so grateful to spend our time with Amanda who took some amazing photos of our family and Rebecca for taking the time and patience to sit down with us together, who truly got us connecting with our final photos! They were so accommodating to our needs, demonstrating how important the customer experience can be when taking a person-centred approach. I also have a son with special needs that sometimes can be difficult to take photos with, but the patience of Amanda, Rebecca and the rest of the staff at Artist Photographer at the Langham truly made the experience memorable. We cannot wait for the reveal of our portraits and would recommend this service to others in a heartbeat!
From the moment we arrived my daughter and I felt very welcomed. Amanda was our choosen photographer and she immediately made us relax. The interactions between Amanda and my daughter was lovely to see and I believe this is why we ended up with beautiful portraits that I will enjoy for a long time. Vanessa rounded out our experience with her professionalism and enjoyment in sharing this experience with us.
