What a great bunch of people From start to finish we felt comfortable and they treated our kids so well. We loved that they were open and honest with us about picture quality, frames and pricing. What clearly stood out to me was the fact that they love what they do and would accomodate clients no matter what I highly recommend artist photographer. I'm looking forward to seeing our family portrait proudly displayed for the next generation to come. A great experience! We recently had the opportunity to come in for a family photo shoot which was such an easy and enjoyable session even for our little man. But seeing the results and working with the team to personalise them for our home was what really made this stand out. After our year of lockdown and restrictions we are so grateful to have such beautiful memories captured in such quality to look back on and really enjoyed sharing a laugh with Mark while we reviewed and narrowed down our favourite pics. Our growing family was in need of an updated portrait for our (bare!) walls, and Mark and the team made the process so easy - and we’re absolutely thrilled with the result! We’d previously used Mark for a family shot and had no hesitation going back. Amanda conducted the shoot and was so relaxed and engaged with the kids - which helped them cooperate! - and when it came to choosing the size portrait we wanted, there was no pressure to ‘upsize’. We love the photos we have on the wall at home - and our parents love the photos we bought for them.
Just had the most wonderful experience having our family portrait done by Mark and his amazing team in Geelong (thanks all). Our K9's were warmly welcomed and this showed in the sensational photographs. True artistry and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!!
Wow what an awesome experience this was from the first email we were contacted promptly to have the experience explained to us. Also very accommodating as we had to change the appointment at the last minute. We were met at the door and everything seemed easy for everyone involved we were explained again what was going to happen and also given the opportunity to put our own ideas across. We made the trip to Geelong for a family portrait. My eldest son, who has Aspergers, loved the experience even though he was skeptical at first, and even asked to go back again one day. My youngest was giving his best demonstration of a naughty 3 year old. The photographer, Amanda, was very professional and had a lot of tricks up her sleeve for dealing with my distracted junior. Mark made the selection process enjoyable and showcased the variety of options available within my budget. Overall it was a great experience and something we will be able to talk about and show friends and family for decades to come. Thanks again.
