Plush at Artarmon were wonderful. Especially Francis who helped us greatly and choosing, configuration, colour and style. Helped us so much we decided to buy 2! We love our lounges so much, we have great comments, we love the push button electric recliners and the USB ports are a great help. Highly recommend!! Thank you

Bought a lounge suite from Plush Artarmon and the overall experience was fantastic. Excellent customer service from the sales team and the delivery was great, they even took away all the packaging! Would definitely go back there to buy furniture in the future.
The store is nice and the people helpful but the ordering and manufacturing process is a mess and there are always delays and little to no client service from anyone. Such poor client services. A sofa takes 7 - 9 weeks. It took them 7 weeks of waiting to tell me there's a delay and that i have to wait another 6 weeks. 13 weeks for a standard couch. Highly Unacceptable. Such poor service. I'd highly recommend not ordering sofas from this place and taking your money elsewhere.
What an absolute joke. We've been waiting for our sofa and chair for almost 4 months. They delivered it and it is faulty/ doesn't recline. The customer service told me that I now have to wait approx. 2 weeks for a technician to come around and see what's wrong. Not a great experience especially when you pay over 5k for sofas...
