Poor Customer Experience.!Extremely Dissapointed with the lack of Unprofessionalism and lack of Customer Service!.Made booking to Purchase a Car .I Specified with their Representative David to notify me in the event the vehicle is sold prior to as coming as we had to drive over an hour and 3 tolls to see the car and was given assurance by David ofcourse i would be notified in the event the vehicle was sold prior as I made it clear to David i had no interest in any other vehicle s there.Arrived for our 12.30pm Appointment Chelse the girl at the reception had no records of our booking had no one to greet us .We were shocked in Disbelieve !!Had to find a Sales person that was for to help as .The gentleman was very nice he had a look at our car which would be be the trade-in Made phone call to get a byer Drove our car And took photos for the byer and gave as a price as he had a byer for our vehicle. We would have been up to the Stage of Purchasing the vehicle to Be told by Another Salesperson the vehicle was sold 2hours before !!!Utter Disbelieve and Shock Especially when Specified upon our booking with David did not want to drive there if car was unavailable!!

She went above and beyond to ensure I was quoted the best price available on the Alfa Romeo I was looking for. I unreservedly recommend this dealer if you are looking for prompt & professional service.
Professional customer service as always, and repair completed for blue me issue even had one of the boys pair my phone for me . One stair lost as I paid for clay wash / polish and vacuum however the vacuuming was poorly done with dirt still clearly visible . I had to return the next day for it to be redone .
Bad communication between customer and sales staff. Will not be returning to McCaroll's. I have had better experience of purchasing a car.
Very impressed with their customer service and professionalism! 100% recommended and definitely going back when I need to update/change my car.
