Ryan managed to get my job done in time but other “sales” guys seem less customer focused and disinterested in helping and meeting a customers needs in instead they are so busy on their computers and telling you how busy they are.

Someone said it before arrogant. They might know what they are talking about but service is low and simple things are missed. Pay a premium yet have to go back to get something they disconnected reconnected. Simple apology will talk to the technician. Heard of checking what you did before handing the vehicle back to the customer?? Won’t be back to this store.
