Went in yesterday for a filling. It was quick and completely painless. Received a follow up call today to make sure all is well. Dr Zelman is very precise with his work and he and his team are very affable and welcoming.
I visited Dr Lew for a cracked tooth and cannot speak highly enough of the service and after care. My options were clearly explained, I was checked in on after all appointments and I now have no tooth pain!
Zelman Lew is the best dentist I've ever had. As an expat living in Australia, I've had many dentists over the years and feel fortunate to now be in the care of Zelman. He has an exceptional ability to quickly assess an issue and develop a plan of action for addressing it. I recently had a crown put in and his competence and skill were on clear display. He and his entire staff at the Dental Care Group have always been conscientious, skillful, and I believe had my best interests at heart. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
If I were asked to describe Dr Zelman I would say he is a dentist who genuinely cares and who listens to his patients. I have now had four fillings completed and with another four to go, I know that I am in very safe, capable hands with this clinic. Dr Zelman is aware that I have some dentistry anxiety based on terrible experiences in my childhood and while treating me, he is slow and his work is always very calm and careful. He has really changed my outlook towards the dentist industry and I look forward to having him as my long term dentist. Thank-you Dr Zelman.
Dr Zelman is very thorough. I had a filling done by another dentist and my tooth was left sensitive and sore. They told me that the only thing that could be done was a root canal. I went to Dr Zelman for a second opinion. He checked my dental history, got a second opinion before doing work on my tooth. He was able to save my tooth which I am over the moon about. After experiencing a severe toothache, I contacted Zelman outside of business hours. Within 40 minutes he met me at the practice and started the root canal process and relieved my pain immediately. Very reliable, responsive and caring.
Zelman booked me in at 730pm for 840pm and discovered an abscess under a back tooth and started the root canal process and had me out of the practice by 930 without the severe toothache I had before. Incredible work. Dextrous, responsive and efficient. Exactly what was needed and did it all himself at such pace. Brilliant work.
