Instructor Danny and team really care about teaching students: not only about physical aspects of taekwando but also the history and discipline of the art. My son has been training for over a year and they have made him more confident and respectful to people and traditions. Highly recommend.

Do you want to greatly improve your stamina, muscle strength, balance, reflexes & co-ordination ? And learn great self defence skills & sparring techniques at the same time ? First TKD Armadale is a great place to achieve these goals. The instructors are dedicated & keen to see you develop to your full potential. The class caters for beginners to black belts, in a respectful environment. You will get a great work out every time & are always learning new things. I can highly recommend becoming a member.

Instructor Danny and the other black belts at Armadale have a wealth of knowledge and the classes here are always a great physical workout, as well as testing our mental concentration and focus. I also really like how this class is a mixed childrens and adults class. Even better is that we don't feel students are rushed through the belts with fast promotions and that is what we were looking for when deciding on a martial art to join.
