I love coming here, staff are always friendly. I do however don’t enjoy that they give you own teabag to have with your tea, as an avid tea drinker, you can’t reuse a teabag. I’d like to see them giving out two teabags or switching to loose leaf.

Took my little one for a treat on a Tuesday for 1/2 price waffles & ice cream. I’ll have to say even though it was very busy, the food & coffees didn’t take too long to be served. And as a franchise, they have the best waffles & coffee I’ve tasted in Gelare! The owner himself was very friendly too which is a plus! Will be my regular go to for our waffles & coffee fix
The only place we go for waffles and ice- cream. The staff are really friend and patient with kids. it's in a nice spot so drop ins are real easy and there is always plenty of parking.
Was a hot day and they only turned on one of the ac. Ice cream melted pretty quickly
Was absolutely buzzing with people! Great atmosphere after being cooped up at home. I know this is a waffle place --but their ice cream is SERIOUSLY good. I love their waffle cone and the pyramid ice cream scoop shape :)
They totally forgot to prepare our order after 30 mins of waiting :(
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Their waffles are really delicious!
The waffles were on the dry side, the latte tasted like burnt coffee, the chai latter was powdery, they didn't have a lot of the coffee syrup flavours, ice cream flavours were also sold out, there was only ONE large cup left so we couldn't order 2 large drinks. Customer service was great, wait wasn't too bad. Parking was a pain.
