We used Apollo for all the windows and sliding doors of our house. Sales at the time was excellent but don’t expect to be able to resolve any issues under warranty. I called up just before the warranty period finished but the manager and company delayed getting this resolved leaving it to be just outside my warranty period. They also ignored returning phone calls and emails. I have tried to resolve this over the last 3 months but I will just have to pay another company now for essentially a poor install (which should be resolved regardless of warranty). I still have photos of roller blinds in my house that don’t sit straight (I couldn’t upload photos onto this review). The caps have popped off of the bottom of most of them too leaving sharp edges which I’ve cut myself on too. Have tried to call head office but it connects back to Apollo Underwood. Save yourself the heartache and avoid buying here. If I can give zero stars on this review, I would.

Poor service experience!!! 2 months after order, measure & quote [by 3 of the various sales & installation team], we learnt, after paying deposit, waiting for 8 weeks [a 2 to 3 week turnaround was promised], that they could not manufacture or supply our order. Very poor service, very bad organisation. Cannot recommend at all!!
professional, helpful and practical advice...no fuss installation, best price. Romans and rollers look amazing...very streamline very happy customer. Thanx Apollo Blinds Team.
I had a replacement set of Venetian Blinds installed via Apollo Blinds in January and they exceeded my expectations in price, service and quality of materials. Eva was very helpful on the phone and the installer was one of the most polite and pleasant trades people I have had in my home. I would not hesitate to recommend Apollo blinds to anyone. Thanks guys!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Dreadful to work alongside and have had an atrocious time booking in warranty issues with faulty work. Save yourself the troubles and go elsewhere.
Worst outcome and customer service I have ever experienced from Apollo Blinds Brisbane. Do not use. You will pay for something that you do not receive. I am still left with a partially patched up awning completely different to what I ordered and am not receiving any response from Brisbane or Head Office.
Right from the first phone call and visit, the staff were friendly, professional and treated me with respect. They answered all my questions, kept me up to date on the progress of my job and delivered what they said they would at the time agreed upon. I was thrilled to bits with the end result. Well done Apollo Blinds and thank you very much.
Apollo Blinds did a great job. This week had Apollo Blinds from Underwood, BNE install some blinds in our office. I can say their service was excellent. The Apollo Blinds sales person was great, as was the Apollo Blinds admin and installation people. A great experience from beginning to end. The Apollo Blinds staff were friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The price on the Apollo blinds was very economical. The blinds look awesome and work perfectly. Top marks to Apollo Blinds.
