Previous customer who has been happy with service. Asked for sign and mock up was created. Final product delivered but looked very different to original, so asked not to put up. Have been told to pay extra for a new one, and also for a new installation fee (no installation was made) but have not received any follow up emails or response.
I’m an existing customer. First installer put decals in a ridiculous location. Had to pay to have the decals reinstalled in correct location. I then requested some additional decals. Around 5 emails sent, multiple phone calls and still no response. Have never left a bad review until now, given how poor the service has been.
The team at Signorama Annandale really went above and beyond all my expectations before they even secured the job, and did an amazing job on my temporary fit out signage. I have already recommended their work to other businesses and will continue to use them in the future for my permanent shop front and awning signage
Store was locked on Monday the 21st January 2019, lights were on , open sign displayed but door locked. Tried calling but it said it was closed from 21st of December to 10th January. Ohh well this shows how they conduct their business.
