I used the KFC app to express order my meal from KFC Annandale. I was instore for over 30 min after pressing the im here button and had to watch multiple get served and recived there order before i received mine. I have just got home to find so many things wrong with my order. My order is attached and i will detail what is missing. My burger ia missing bacon, cheese, supercharged sauce and sweet chilli mayo and it has mayo which i asked to be removed. I am missing a potato and gravy and a regular chips. I also did not recieve any wicked wings. This is not acceptable and i would like to be reimbursed before i take this further.
Through Menu Log Delivery Service: fast delivery My Purchase: Family Feast & Wicked Wings x2 Family Feast - missing Large Potato Gravy & the substitute of fries IF they ran out. Of the 10 pieces, I got 8 WINGS!! (I already had 2x Wicked Wing boxes (10p)). Fries were filled half too Chicken: Overall - burnt, hard and drrrrrry. Contact: called store for over an hour - rings out/unable to connect. After spending almost 80 ... still hungry, cause I can't/don't want to eat them ... ...
Love their popcorn chicken and twister wraps. Service was prompt and friendly.
Great KFC outlet. Having no bacon strikes me as odd. But the service team are great and the product is top notch most times.
