It would be great if you opened at your advertised time. Standing out the front at 8:15am with a sick baby and no staff members in sight. You’ve lost this local’s business.
Always good staff, possibly the worst pharmacist ever encountered. Uniquely unskilled and ill-suited to their profession, to the point of negligence. Avoid unless emergency.
Amazingly bad customer service
try to avoid purchasing Innerhealth plus capsule there. it's a rip off. We normally got it from Harold park chemist for around 60 dollars but here the price is almost 80. And owner insisted that's the recommended price. employees gave conflicted info to me. one said that I am overcharged and John said that it was the right price. Please try to avoid it if you could.

Picked up my prescription - the pharmacist was having a conversation while dispensing the medicine and put entirely incorrect instructions. Lucky I noticed that they were completely different to the prescribing doctor. How irresponsible - bordering on negligent...
Pharmacist is probably one of the rudest most arrogant guys I’ve ever come across, very weird. Almost as if he’s unhappy with life so takes it out on customers!? Just avoid this place at all costs really, there’s a much nicer pharmacy 100 meters up the road.
