Really disappointed with this park ,we were very desperate in January travel home from Queensland and couldn’t get a vacancy until this place (now I know why) paid 100 a night which I’ve never paid that much at any caravan park ,they really took advantage of the Covid crisis. The facility’s are old and out dated the camp kitchen was pathetic, the waste dump was a old toilet in between the toilet block ,was attacked by mosquitoes every night. The owners are so friendly they shared all their grievances with us mainly about the permanent residence in the park and complained about all the campers in the park. If you have children there’s nothing for them to do in this park and you need to drive to get to the beach, shops, clubs anywhere cause you are in the middle of nowhere. I have now stayed in many beautiful parks with fantastic facilities with sea views which have been so much cheaper . I still feel so ripped off. So I hope if you read this review I will save you the disappointment that we had.

Great place with clean facilities, off the beaten track but maintains great easy location and is right next to the sand dunes for a good sunset

Loved this place, first time taking the family camping and found this place at the last minute, and what a spot.... A short drive away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded caravan parks... Peaceful and tranquil. The staff were great and helpful and the place backs up to the dunes which the kids loved sliding down.

Had a lovely stay at the campsite last night. The older gentleman in the office (sorry didn’t catch your name!) was absolutely lovely and gave me some great local tips. If I had more time I would have stayed another night and explored the area a little more. Amenities really clean and sand dunes at sunset are a must.

Friendly and informative staff. Clean bathroom and hot showers. We called to book and it was super easy. 40 per two people with a van. The Sand Dunes are walking distance.

We loved so much to stay in this camping that we came back again after few weeks! We rented a spot to park our van and the place was so nice and quiet! Toilets are always clean, the camping is well maintained with beautiful grass and flowers all around. John and his wife are lovely, the camping is in a beautiful location close to the dunes, amazing sunsets in there! Highly recommended to come here if you are around the Nelson Bay Area.

Absolutely awesome people. We thought we were going to be stranded by a close by van park we booked 3 months ago that put us in a spot - not too desirable. One call to Emerald Tiki Village and they made arrangements to fit us in within 30 minutes of the call. Absolutely above and beyond and our new favourite tiki springs style van park. Thank you so much for all your help and care!

I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Thanks to John, Louise and Jannette from Emerald Tiki Village Caravan Park in Anna Bay. They have an amazing pool, which I didn’t use because I was busy visiting the surreal dunes which is just behind the property. I saw the most amazing sunset of my lifetime!! Golden and unforgettable! They are very close to the shops too. It’s very clean. The toilets were cleaned a few times a day. I’m considering coming back to stay for longer. It’s a beautiful family owned holiday park.
