This is a nice area. The old Alcoa Powerline track is a great 4WD track. There is plenty of wild life, with Kangaroos, Wallabies, snakes and lizards, and plenty of birds: sulfur crested and yellow tailed black cockatoos, fairy wrens, magpies, robins and the occasional eagle. The tracks are kept reasonably well maintained, but you will need a capable 4WD for some sections, or a good bike. Of course, you can also bring your RC 4x4 for a bit of extra fun.
