I am a returning customer for at least 4 years. I have always enjoyed the shopping experience as they have a huge range to choose from. Their web page works well. Their customer service is fantastic. They have fast and reliable delivery service and the chocolates are packed to survive the heat in summer. Very competitive prices. You can't go wrong by choosing Paragon. Well done.

I was a returning customer of several years. My 5kg order placed in August arrived melted in November with a Best Before date of February. Paragon's response? My fault for using their courier and best before dates don't matter! They didn't want it returned though...
